Instrument Description
1992 Electric 12-string Rickenbacker with retro 1950s design appearance, purchased at Route 66, Hollywood. Looks very similar to the Tom Petty Signature model but does not include Tom Petty's signature. I had it modified to include a Trapeze Tailpiece and other non-standard upgrades, listed in the Modifications section below.

Modifications
My Ric 620 12 weighs more than a regular 620 12 guitar due to the modification of a heavier truss rod which helps maintain the tuning. A standout feature is the added Trapeze Tailpiece, purchased at Winfield guitars. Thus it is a bit unique looking, as it does not have the standard "R" tailpiece from the factory. Also, the electronics were rewired to reduce buzz.
